What upgrades have been done? Suspension, shock mounts? Looks to be a good buy!

The "RT" shock mounts have not been done and I don't believe there are any other upgrades that I can see. Basically "as ordered". It does have newer tires.

It should be, but Canadian buyers should double-check the paperwork first to make sure it'll pass muster at the border.
