Default Superformance WIDE Footbox? Ghost stripes?

Hi guys

I recently went to Hillbank in Southern CA to sit in the Superformance for fit.

I have size 13 feet (6’1” and 240 lbs) and my feet seem to be a little bit snug in the standard foot boxes. I know driving shoes are an option, but they told me that there is the option of getting a wide foot box although it’s not commonly ordered.

Do any of you have the wide foot box option and if so, would you be able to tell me about it?

The only downside is that with the wide foot box you have to stick with a small block engine, but I’m OK with that.

Also, by chance, do any of you have any ghost stripes on your Superformance vehicles?

I’m thinking of doing a solid black body with subtle metallic ghost stripes down the middle.

If anyone has pulled this off I would love to see your pictures please!

Many thanks!

I can email you a diagram of the footboxes, PDF file is too big to post here. If we know the customer is going Windsor we always recommend the large footbox. info@timemachinesauto.com

Does the wider footbox allow the pedals to be moved to the right, decreasing the offset the pedals normally have?
Does it allow for a dead pedal?

You should ask if small block means the 5.0 Windsor block only, or does that also include the 351 W. If it does not include the 351 W, will a 351 C fit?

Also what peddle options do they have for an automatic? Do they just remove the clutch pedal from the existing assembly? If so, can you remove the brake pedal and use the existing clutch pedal for the brake, therefore widening out the separation of the pedals.

"Small block" means and of the Windsor series so you can go as big as 460 CU.

The 351C will fit but the factory does not support it, i.e. they do not supply headers, mounts, etc. that normally come with the roller. With the range of Windsor parts available the 351C has sort of fallen out of favor.

There are no pedal "options" from the factory for an automatic. We remove the clutch pedal and can fit a wider pedal face to the pedal arm.

Default Ghost stripes

I just found this video on YouTube with a Black cobra with ghost stripes

For you superformance owners, does anybody know what color these stripes are?

Anybody else have any pictures they care to share of their ghost stripes?
