Thanks for everyone’s help. I got a new expansion tank cap.

It appears as though the cap was the issue. I filled the expansion tank half way. I allowed the car to run until the fans came on which was around 85 degrees celsius. No leaks as i watched it. I ran the car about 10-20 miles. The temp never got above the 85 degree mark. Most of the time the temp was around 80 degrees celsius. When i got home i opened the hood and there was no leaking coolant anywhere.

Thanks for posting what the final solution was, it's frustrating to read threads and never finding out what corrected the problem, sort of like reading a murder mystery and the final chapter is missing...

As mentioned above the lighting has adjustable brightness. Even at full brightness those gauges are not very bright. I prefer the SpeedHut gauges.

I'm a former Superformance dealer and still have one set of SpeedHut gauges if someone wants them. - $1,000
