Correct me if I'm wrong, you have a pre 1040 car (1040+ have a drop down fuse panel) there are lot of little connectors that need to be removed. Marking the was very important. Wire could be getting a bit stiff and crispy from time too. Perhaps just opening up the dash for a bit more room will suffice...Velcro is not an option? I have seen people make small extensions for the wiring and make those relays more accessable....When I made the wiring diagrams, I partially open a few dashes....Contact me if you have aa problem....

Blas, I do have a pre 1040 car. looking at it this morning, I'll probably just unclip all the wires from the panel and then re-attach the relay panel. then just hook-up the wires after the panel is secure.. I also installed a main breaker as you informed me about earlier.. see what you started, getting that wire diagram has made me wire crazy!! best thing I purchased for my cobra though

many thanks for all the effort you put in producing that diagram

Breaker of fuse?
I'd like to see a photo of your installation.
If you are going to all the trouble of removing your dash, I would take the opportunity to make those 3 relays more accessible. A simple task with eh dash off or almost off. Be extra careful if you disconnect the oil pressure line. There is a tiny ring that can easily get lost....While you’re in there, examine the blower. Look for a schematic and other wires not being used...if you find any I would like some photos and a detailed description. Someone said that the motor may have multiple speeds, just not wired....Thanks
