Great News for Canadian Cobra Fans!
For the past year Superformance Canada has been battling Transport Canada for the right to import kit cars and rollers. In a ruling that was handed down yesterday, the courts awarded a HANDS DOWN victory to Superformance, pending any appeal by the crown. This victory by Superformance once again allows them to conduct business here in Canada. It has been a long (about a year) and expensive court case. Anyone that was sitting on the fence waiting for the outcome of this, before they ordered their car, can now go ahead without any fear! Good one, Superformance!
