Default Trilite head lamps and LED Lamps

Has anyone changed over to any of the lights below in a Superformance MKIII? As you all know the brightness on the OEM are horible. I would like to know if they fit properly and if it is worth the upgrade? What is you experiences with the connecters? Does anyone know if the Trilites are DOT? Also, If anyone uses a lamp from somewhere else. Please share your feed back. Thanks

Rich,

I replaced the stock headlights with the Hella's from place called Rally Lights in PA. They're not DOT approved, but that's not a problem in CA after you go through the initial inspections.

The high beams work great now. Do a search on headlights in the SPF forum in and you'll find some additional threads/info.

Thumbs up

I've got the Tri-Lites with the High Intensity bulbs and they are great! A tremendous improvement over the originals. I have no experience with the LED's.
