Removal of the headers and side pipes is pretty straight forward. If you have a small block the headers can be removed with the engine in the car. If you have an FE or big block, you'll have to raise the engine some in order to remove the headers.
I've not removed the roll bar but again I think its pretty straight forward.
Maybe someone with experience here will chime in with some pointers.
