Why not call D&M direct and ask them any questions you may have. All the Superformance dealers seem to be very co-operative. The # you have mentioned should be a fairly new car; really shouldn't be any issues with the chasis, can't speak for the engine and drivetrain though. Make pending purchase subject to a complete check by a certified mechanic; compression test, etc.
Second Strike, is Mike Stenthouse's info site, don't know if he keeps ownership info. SCOF is a owners only forum.
My $.02 worth,

TL

Cobras - Is the car for sale somewhere? If you can provide a link, others might be able to give their opinions about how the car configured, cost, etc. What are trying to find out about the car?

well i did call d&m and was told the car was first sold in 2006 with a roush engine and tko 600, then the owner traded in the car, the car was sold again .. but now the car has a ford motorsport crate engine in it and not sure if the tranny was changed out for another tko 500 or lesser

that why i was asking here , maybe the original owner is in here and can shed some light on this for me

This sounds like another thread regarding SPF 2182.

help with superformance #

Where is the car located? How about a link?

Maybe someone in a regional club is familiar with it. I wouldn't worry about the car getting sold out from under you...the market isn't moving that fast

Kevin at D&M can give you the information you need regarding the engine swap. I believe the originally installed transmission is still in the car...
Kevin can be reached at 1-630-858-8388.

Got the Bug, he's asking about 2162, not 2182. It's not listed on SCOF

I know. My point is that both threads are cryptic. Just post the full information regarding the car (if it's available) so people can help.
