You guys should really both try the open top K&N lids-even without a sealed hood pan. I saw a major improvement and think you will too.

No Silver but look on Summit's site for the 9" regular element and then find the 9" open lid to go. These WILL NOT fit the Stellings base if that's what you have. You'd need a pan like mine. My pan is custom made and I made slightly offset brackets for the carb studs which allows them to nest together.
IIRC, K/N makes only 8" elements (which do fit together on Stellings bases) (See Tony's pics) but only 9" lids.

Very nice setup BUT it hides the STUN and KILL logos on your vacuum pots Anyway I like the Stellings bling for now, plus haven't even got mine running yet. It's clear though that the open top K&Ns sh/have much better breathing for WOT
