Bleeding hydraulics
I bought this speedy bleeder about 15 years ago when the Internet was still a child. I bled the clutch and brakes in my Kirkham in about an hour this morning without removing the wheels. It comes with several adapters that attach to the reservoir. Fill the reservoir and screw on the adapter (the clutch is shown):
Attach the regulator to a tire stem:
Pour clean brake fluid in the tank and attach the quick release to the reservoir adapter:
Adjust the regulator to 12 to 15 lbs.:
Put a clean hose over the bleeder screw and feed it back into the brake fluid container, open the bleeder until all the air is out, close it, top off the reservoir, and you are done. No bench bleeding required, no pumping the pedal, etc. I've used this set up on many cars and it works like a charm. I highly recommend it!
