Shocks
If you were building a 289 Cobra street car, what brand shocks would work best? Koni does not make the original type anymore

George, one of the most popular brands are the QA1s. They have the adjustable dampening and come in a variety of lengths. Lots of choices in spring rates.

I am running Spax, same as Lynn runs on 2259. Need to buy them across the pond as Spax USA does not carry. jdean, 289 do not use regular springs as they are tranverse leaf style. Not QA1 fit... Building CSX2096? Send me pics......please........ jeff |
