Trick Flow Twisted Wedge?
I supposedly have Trick Flow Twisted Wedge cylinder heads on my 351 Windsor. The only markings on these heads are: SN 40538-2 and on the other head SN 40614-2 Does any body know what the heck these are? I think my engine guy tried to pull a fast one? Rod

Hey Rod
I have the same heads and my serial number is 57059-2 so they look to be the same number of digits. Also on the right side of the exhaust face, I can find an A067. Take off one of you valve covers, and inside on the floor, near the springs you will see another number ...it starts with TFS ...that is TrickFlow Specialties. I think if you see it you can rest easy. You can almost see the number in this pic...it is like TFS-38F-1 or something

Here is a view of the exhaust face

hope that helps

Hey Rod, could you tell by my accent Yep, I am originally from that little mining town known as "Sudbury", where you eat, sleep, and live hockey, every day of your life. Here are the lyrics to Stompin' Tom's "Sudbury Saturday Night" which give a one perspective on the fun town I grew up in.
SUDBURY SATURDAY NIGHT
by Stompin' Tom Connors
Chorus:
The girls are out to Bingo and the boys are gettin' stinko,
And we think no more of Inco on a Sudbury Saturday night.
The glasses they will tinkle when our eyes begin to twinkle,
And we'll think no more of Inco on a Sudbury Saturday night.
With Irish Jim O'Connel there and Scotty Jack MacDonald,
There's honky Fredrick Hurchell gettin' tight, but that's alright,
There's happy German Fritzy there with Frenchy getting tipsy,
And even Joe the Gypsy knows it's Saturday tonight.
Now when Mary Ann and Mabel come to join us at the table,
And tell us how the Bingo went tonight, we'll look a fright.
But if they won the money, we'll be lappin' up the honey, boys,
'Cause everything is funny, for it's Saturday tonight.
Chorus, chorus instrumental
We'll drink the loot we borrowed and recuperate tomorrow,
'Cause everything is wonderful tonight, we had a good fight,
We ate the Dilly Pickle and we forgot about the Nickel,
And everybody's tickled, for it's Saturday tonight.
The songs that we'll be singing, they might be wrong but they'll be ringing,
When the lights of town are shining bright, and we're all tight,
We'll get to work on Monday, but tomorrow's only Sunday,
And we're out to have a fun day for it's Saturday tonight. Yeah
Chorus
We'll think no more of Inco on a Sudbury Saturday night.

Well Fred, I would love to claim Bobby Orr as a 'Sudburian', but I believe he was from just up the road in ParrySound
http://www3.telus.net/Orr/
A couple local NHL names I can think of are Mike Felino from 80s and 90s, and currently, Brian Savage who played for the Canadians and is now with the Phoenix Coyotes.
Alex Trebek "Jeopardy", is from the fine northern town.

Canadian Eh!
Wow I was stationed in North Bay in the early 90's, I passed through Sudbury on a saturday night a few times!! Really pretty country except for the surface of the moon landscape!! I'm also a Canadian just recently moved out to Edmonton from Barrie Ontario. We had a light dusting of snow this morning!! Bet your glad to be in sunny Cali Rod. Oh yea Ron Maclean is staying on with Hockey Night in Canada!! You know Don Cherries Side kick.
