TCC Spring Meet Update: Track Event Info
The TCC Spring Meet website has been updated to include new information about the Charity Track event. Please go to www.texascobrameet.com and look under Track Event for details and registration information.
Also the website includes links to everything else pertaining to the 2011 TCC Spring Meet.
Registration and fee payment for the Track Event is completely separate from the Spring Meet registration and fees.
As a reminder, if you are planning on attending the Saturday Night Banquet, tickets will only be sold online. There will be no tickets sold onsite or after the cutoff date of March 20th. There will no exceptions. Headcount must be into the caterers by Monday, March 21st.
Updates for the event will be posted to the website as they become available. |

Have hotel reservations but still need to go in and sign up for the event. Not sure on the track event yet as I haven't even taken the car out for it's maiden voyage yet.

Looks like registration for the TCC Spring Meet has stalled at 29 entries. I realize that most folks will wait to the last minute but if you can go ahead register and pay the fees. The cost of putting on a meet this size runs up quickly with deposits, printing, etc.
Remember if you are planning on attending the banquet on Saturday evening you will need to register and pay for the banquet tickets before Sunday, March 20th. There will be no banquet tickets sold after March 20 or onsite.

Sorry for doing it this way but we need headcounts into the caterer by the March 21.

I want to thank all of you that have already registered and paid your fees for the TCC Spring Meet. However, we have several people that have paid their fees but not registered and even more that have registered but not paid.
The registration information gives us email addresses for meeting updates, guests' names, name tag info, and license plate number in case we need to locate an owner.
I apologize if the website instructions are confusing. Please go to www.texascobrameet.com.
To registered click on the Registration Info tab and then SPRING MEET REGISTRATION to register
To make payment Click on the EVENT FEES tab. There you can pay the registration fee and purchase optional banquet tickets.
Remember NO banquet tickets will be sold after March 20th. NO EXCEPTIONS
