track day

I am very new to this and am just getting to really drive my cobra for the first time tomorrow. Is there somewhere locally in the Dallas Fort Worth area where we could have a track day. I would love to go to the event in San Marcos, but my work schedule is in conflict.

Check on line with Motor Sport Ranch. They have driving classes (Apex) and two tracks, a 1.3 and 1.7 mile. They are just south of Ft. Worth. Fun and getting some hands on driving instruction will pay you dividends down the road.
