Never before did I call HPD on a driver but when an idiot was going down I45 with shingles blowing out of his trailer onto other cars I had too. Thankfully I was not in cobra.

I did pay the 6.25% tax on the FFR kit, since it had an MSO.
Non of the small parts I bought via mail order.
I did pay sales tax on anything bought locally.
