Default Happy Birthday!

You're the youngest old geezer, I know, Larry. I hope that years from now, when I am as old as you, I will still be out there 4 wheel drifting, laughing, and living loudly .. just like you

Talking Typical converstation with Larry

While at lunch with Larry (while sitting next to Jackie)......

Me: Hey Larry I'm close to getting my garage lift installed.
Larry: I like mine, too. The other day I needed about 2 inches more room
under it to park my car, but the roll bar on the top car was already
touching the ceiling.
Me: Too bad.
Larry: So I just pushed the lift up to the next click, which punched a
convenient recess into the garage ceiling. Problem solved.
Me: What did Jackie say when she found out?
Larry: I don't know, she just now found out.

Just tell her that you don't need to buy wheel chocks now, because the roll bar will do that function.

I want to wish a happy birthday to the only guy in the club that I think is older than I am; happy birthday Larry.

I must say that us old guys are for the most part the only ones that like to get out on the highways and rock and roll, David M. being one of the exceptions.

Hey Bwana, I like to get out and drive too (when I have a car running).

So, does that make me an old guy or one of the exceptions?

J.D.,

I know you do............ We have not had our cars running at the same time for very long.

In response, to be determined.......

Lets show them all and do Turner Falls in September.

happy birthday, Larry.

good idea on the lift thing- john, i might have to see if the mustang can just 'punch a hole' in the garage ceiling, then i could fit the 500 under it.......
i'll get back to you.

Default Sixty-seven

Thank you all for your wishes. When I was with Coca-Cola USA, back in 1980, I took a Stress Management course which contained a life expectancy questionaire. You know the kind..."Do you smoke, drink, exercise, parents alive, had any diseases, married or single, ever been shot at, etc." and the test indicater forcast that I would maybe live to be 58. I was kinda "Living on the edge" back then. With Nurse Rachett's help and the grace of God I've made it to 67. Enough said about those tests.

The only words of wisdom I can share with you is: If you are comfortable you are not driving fast enough.

You know, I think Jay, Jim J., & Sammy look older than me. What do you think?
