Default Drive shaft repair shop in D/FW?

I need a recommendation on a good drive shaft repair shop in the Dallas area, preferably on my side (south).

My Toyota 4Runner front u-joint was about to disintegrate. One cap is cracked in half and its so boogered up I can't get it out with my measley bench vise. Guess I have to turn it over to the pros.

Thanks, guys

Drive Shaft King..

Just West of downtown Dallas, off of I-30.

They are the ones that built the drive shaft for my FFR Roadster.

I was at Drive Shaft King at 8:30 this morning when they opened, and they were fantastic. Replaced both u-joints and balanced while I waited, it was done in 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. I installed it and was rolling by 11:00am today.

Thanks for the recommendation guys!

Nat is a bad ass. Driveshafts while you wait is general order of business.

What color was his hair today?

Bob,
Curious as to how much out of balance your stock factory drive shaft was ?

Definitly have made a note on Drive Shaft King.

John - is grease a color? with some yellow mixed in. I especially liked the signed Polaroid of him and Ron Jeremy on the bulletin board.

Fred - $25 each for u-joints installed, $35 for balance. $89 total out the door.

FYI - the moved from their location on the I-30 service road (old Ft Worth Highway) just a 1/4 mile away to Beckley just north of I-30. they share a building with a transmission shop (forget the name).

Glad it worked out for you. Not the best neighborhood or the cleanest shop, but they did good work for me.

I told you Nat is a bad ass. What you didn't notice in the photo was Jenna Jamesson kneeling low and off to the side.
