Lightbulb DFW March monthly meeting

Saturday weather for Dallas: low 60's

Let's forgo C&C (getting boring) and do something different.

A new venue:
Lunch, 11:15
Uptown Dallas on McKinney
http://www.primosdallas.com/
3309 McKinney Ave
Dallas, TX 75204

And no wimping out from you north and west folks. Time to step it up.

Good food, good service, and the parking is directly across the street to see the cars. Actually, the lot's are valet, but I've told the manager we'll park, and they don't touch. She said no problem, just have to pay for the service. It ain't much....... maybe $5.

We can get loud and discuss San Marcos. Take bets on who's car will retain water, catch fire, strike wildlife, run out of gas, throw a rod, etc, etc, etc..........

I'll need a head count to reserve parking spots.

What say you?

Of course, legendary ERA #745 will be there!

Are we arriving at 11:15 or is that the go inside and eat time?

C&C enthusiasts can certainly make that event and then adjourn and meet the rest of us at this place.

Easy there Gary, it's starting to become a touchy subject.

The way things are going, I THINK it might be ready by Mid-America......

This thread looks good. I'll arrive early and "capture" 15-20 parking spaces.

Hey Bob, you know Primo's is on the way home from Ikea.

Well, Wifey always has the words of wisdom.. .she says :

"why don't we use your weekend at home to work on our own house, yard - and start clearing for your new garage so you can start building *our* Cobra next year as planned. - then we can drive it to these meetings instead of just looking"

I love her! See you guys in San Marcos ....

I may have to pass this week. I really want to, but this cold has gotten worse and if it doesn't pass tonight/tomorrow, I will pass for Saturday and just stay home and self medicate myself.
