Pacific Coast Hwy (CA) Cruise - late Sept
We are planning 2nd Group to cruise PCH. The first group of 7 Cobras is already confirmed and committed for Sept 20-24. The maximum window of opportunity can begin as early as Sept 16th, and end as late as 27th. We will use Group 1's 5 days as the core trip, we can plan additional days ahead or after. (going an hr. norht of SFO for Wine and beer tasting, and maybe an extra day to enjoy San diego.
A great trip for the ladies as well. There will be plenty for all to enjoy. There are 3 standbys from group 1 (yep, we got bumped). We need 7 cars to confirm this 2nd group.

Budgetary: $1500 for Cobra transport to/From Texas
B&B - estimate $150-175 per night
Food
Gas (for the 2+5+1 - I estimated about 210+475+70 miles)
Sundries
If you have any ??, email me at fgabriel@att.net

Looks like the Seitz's are in also. Trying to bring in some non-Cobra friends who would rent in California.
Just as long as Gary T. is not in the lead........... he doesn't mind leaving his troups behind.

Gary is in the first group with me. It's not that he doesn't mind leaving us behind, it is more of a challenge to him.

Be nice to set up some meet and greets along the way. Lunch at Bob's in Burbank on Friday, Malibu, Cambria, or some hole in the wall to show that California is more then what you see on TMZ. As we get closer maybe post a projected itinerary so we can at least wave as you rumble by.

Wow, I wish I could set a trip up that far in advance. I would love to cruise PCH. I lived in San Diego for 7 1/2 years so I have done the southern California leg many times, but never much north of LA. I always wanted to do the full trip, but never got around to it. I will likely be out this year, but I will look forward to pictures and video to live vicariously through you guys yet again.

Francis,
Nancy and are are seriously considering this trip. If possible, we would like to sit in on the next conference call for a few questions.
