What about an early morning run up to Ardmore? Less than two hours with a nice run around Lake Murray, lunch then back home. Anyone interested?

If it is a breakfast that is close to me I may be able to make it out. A run I am out on. I have some friends coming over for dinner and I am cooking. Much prep work to do. I am making my steak tacos using marinated Top Sirloin cut into small strips. A lot more work than using flank or skirt steak, but so much better tasting. It's only a once or twice a year thing, so I don't mind.

Breakfast !
It's the time of year when we switch to breakfast meets How about let's do it in town as opposed to a road trip. John, pick a place .. but not that Carrollton IHOP with the incompetent waiter!

John,
How about the Cafe’ Brazil at NE corner G. Bush and Coit Road, easy access and great food? Sorry Sammy no Rootie Tootle Hot and Fruity.
Wow 2,451 post, surly there are a lot of duplicated post; I haven’t had that many conversations with my wife of umpteen hundred years.

Just a lot of questions and a lot more BS in the lounge. I have days at work that there absolutely nothing to work on so I end up on here reading stuff and having questions or trying to help someone that I may have an answer for (electrical stuff). I know there are some duplicate posts from when the forum had issues. I never really even look at it and I didn't realize I had that much.
Edit: Oh and I did chuckle at your chiding Larry. I love some good natured ribbing. Makes me smile as I get ready to go home.

Cafe Brazil Saturday - Corner of GB and Coit in Plano
And the winner is......Cafe Brazil at the corner of Coit and GWB. How about 8:30-ish. I hope no one is startled by the earlier than usual notification
Cars and Coffee is also happening, so there will be time to grace that event as well for those inclined to unselfishly share the sounds and excitement of an approaching herd of Cobras while the gathering throng becomes still and silent in anticipation, dropping all conversations mid-sentence, as they intently search the horizon in unison for the source of such a pleasurable noise. Then as we turn in with military precision and idle down the row, camshafts thumping, we will be rewarded by the approving nods and grins of the waiting enthusiasts as we coast into our designated place, never lost among the sea of gleaming machinery.
All those planning to attend, please raise your hand so we can get a head count.

I am a new owner (since late March) in Dallas, have not met a lot of you. I will be at Cafe Brazil at 8:30 AM, and if it's possible to squeeze into Cars and Coffee after that, will make that trip also. Larry Carlson

One, maybe two, seats please.
What are the Vegas odds of Johns car crapping out? 12 to 1?

I'm good with Cafe B. I just mentioned that I didn't want to go to a particular IHOP, not that I wanted IHOP Too bad C&C moved to our traditional monthly meet day .. I actually warned them about that! But hey, we get there at 10 am it will be clearing out and there will be parking.

Count me in for breakfast, etc. A thought, my insurance carrier covers me for 5,000 miles a year for under $400.00--I'm just sayin! :_)

I might have been inspired by Hal Copple on that paragraph.....he's the Mickey Spillane of CC.

Ray forget boots. You should wear the deep waders like for fly fishing.
