Scott,
That sounds GREAT!! (except for the fee of one Trigo ) I'll be out of town from the 21st until the 31st so I might come down to Houston and grab them from you that next weekend.
Ren,
Jeff's directions are the best for the quickest and smoothest ride. An alternate route would be 183. You can pick up Cypress Creek one light south of the Buttercup Creek light on 183. You'd then turn right to get to the ACC campus.
Jeff,
Hey, it looks like the weather is going to be great for a drive up to Dallas after lunch. Are you still interested?!! Just to warn you, I've got to get up and head back to Cedar Park pretty early on Sunday (by 8am). Hopefully the hangover wont be too bad
Ren, Joe, and Jeff,
If we need to be at that Church on 620 by 10:45, maybe we should meet at 10:00 at ACC so we're not rushed. What do you think?
See you guys soon,
Charmer

Party
Charmer,
10:00-10:15 sounds good. It shouldn't take us 10 minutes to get to the church across from Steiner. Unless of course, the road is free and clear of all black and whites.
As far as Saturday goes...I haven't made a 100% decision. Sounds fun. But at this point, I'm not sure I have a co-pilot for the Dallas portion of the day, the girlfriend wants me to go to another xmas party and would I have a place to stay?
It started out being a boy's trip/day. But I guess I could take her along. But I doubt she would enjoy the ride.
Guess I am holding out for the best offer!
JB

Hey Jeff,
No worries either way. Your girlfriend is absolutely welcome but you're right, 3 hours in a Cobra isn't easy I'll call Tom today and see if he's got the space (I'm sure he does).
O.K. guys. See you at ACC between 10:00 and 10:15!!

Well, im 23, a senior at UT in Austin, and am just getting into the hobby of Cobra Replicas. I just finished restoring a 68 SS/RS camaro, (pics are on my website, not much of a site though--www.reevesmotorsports.com) and am looking for another car. I have always admired the Cobras, and now that i just sold my camaro, i am in the hunt for one. Who is the guy in Austin that has the darker blue cobra with 17" wheels and huge disc brakes? I saw that car a couple of times down at the Albertsons at the Y in oak hill-- nice car! Anyway, if anyone knows of any cobras in the central texas area please let me know. I cant wait to see all of the cars this weekend

Saturday
Forecast for tomorrow calls for sunny weather. However, a high of 63 means, bring a jacket. Going to another xmas party tonight. Hope to see ya'll in the am...not hungover.
Stretch,
I haven't ruled it out. But I kinda think Dallas is a longshot tomorrow.

Could be me
Ed,
I think runninhorn might be talking about my car, since as far as I can tell I've got big disk brakes all around and 17" wheels. Except my car is black. Runninhorn, what type of seats and rollbar does the car you like have?
By the way, I hope to make it tommorrow with car, if it's done today. What an adventure tring to get the right parts for my master and slave cylinders for the hydrolic(sp?) clutch.
Seems, I had a special setup made for racing, think I've gone back to good old street versions.

I have 17" Nittos on the rear, and my FFR is Royal Blue Pearl, and I have front disk breaks, not LARGE DISK BRAKES! Two out of three isn't bad. I do frequent the OakHill Car Show.
That's okay, I can share the spot light with Richard since he is a fellow TCC member.
Richard, are you comming to the County Line tomorrow? No excuses, you can walk from your house.

Weather report.
It sucks.
The Gregg (What's his name weather) center in Austin says the weather is sucky followed by more crappy wet stuff.
I'm in NW Austin and it is sprinkling.
MAN this really bites.
Oh well the food and company will be good. See you all soon.

Still Raining
The FFR is staying home.
Remember, rain or shine, Cobras or no Cobras, the County Line BBQ is still on for 12 noon!
