Ouch... well it could have been the fact that it was Thanksgiving weekend.
It was a beautiful day with perfect weather. The cruise route was over back roads with rolling hills through farms with old barns and white rail fences. One farm that raises miniture donkeys is called "Half ass farms" (I didn't make that up).
Round Top is a quaint touristy place with lots of B&Bs, antique shops, and great food. We parked in front of the restaurant in the spaces marked "Harley parking only". We were disappointed no bikers showed up to challenge us.
We took the opportunity to trade seats frequently during the ride. That is really interesting because every Cobra is so different. We had an original Cobra (600 hp turbo 5.0), a Lone Star (very warm 302), and two Everett-Morrisons (428s) (counting Dennis' EM).
