I had similar problem with my Superformance. It was my ground wire to my battery. My bolt was loose on black cable to the frame. Driving along car would shut off. Drove me nuts.

Went through grounds and power wires, all look good, not loose or in array. The fuse block and fuses look good, all tight and no damage. The MSD 6AL box is the new one, digital. Have the rev limiter set at 6200 per the engine builder. It is under the dash and it is not getting hot when the engine dies. Took it out again today and it was even worse than before. Only constant is that it only does it when the engine gets up to running temp approx 150 degrees and the tach either goes crazy or goes to 0 when it starts acting up. Also, It "ALWAYS" fires right back up after it dies. The fuel bowls all have fuel in them after it dies, and get good squirt of fuel after as well.
So with all this said, headed back to UCC tomorrow to let them have a look at it again. I really think it is something in the MSD 6AL box as it is the only electrical component left. Hoping for the best again, this will be the 4th time it has been back to them. Thanks again for all the suggestions.

Changed out the MSD AL6 box and the spark wire from the coil to the distributor today and still problems with it running like crap. It took it awhile to start acting up, but still the problem with it stuttering and eventually dying. The difference now is that it started running like crap this time before it eventually died. I did turn the engine off several times and it did not "reset" the problems. It was very difficult to start and was immediately having the problems again.
Also disconnected the Tachometer and it is still having problems.
Still frustrated at what is causing this. UCC is coming to pick up the car on Monday and I told them to keep it until it's fixed.
