Lucky me. I am still happy about the magazine cover of Kit Car.
I sure hope Roger gets the Kirkham there. I would rather spend time looking at the awsome Kirkham than I would an original car.

Last Call for Name Tags
Last call for name tags. I just printed all the requests so far and will mail to Charmer tomorrower. Stretch, name tags should be there for the prep meeting this weekend to match up with the packs you guys are making.
Any future tag requests will probably come with me to Austin that weekend.

Stretch,
It might be a good idea to put "PAID' on the face of the envelopes that are to be handing out on Saturday. That would save alot of looking at the last minute at list for names of people we are just meeting. When I come up to the table, for example I could say Steve and Carrie Parks you or whoever, could find our package that would be marked paid and were off. I think that would be so much easier than name, look for package find package, look at list for paid or not paid, collect money if not paid, make change, then your off. Remember last year the table was busy busy at the last minute. This might save a minute or two for each person and that alone could maen whomever is working at the table could enjoy the weekend instead of working thier butts off.

Great suggestion Mr. Treasurer! We'll do it.
Anything to make registration go smoother will definitely help
That was kind of crazy last year but I'm sure getting everyone prepaid will really make things go more smoothly!
See you soon!!!!

For those of us that missed last call...
Will it still be OK to register at the door?
Sorry I missed the 2/9 meeting - it's amazing how kids and a job search play havoc with Cobra time
However, my wife has now given me the weekend - she's taking the boys to Houston so that I can take part in the festivities (and will even have Friday and Saturday to be useful if everything's not already covered).

I will Try!
With the event coming in 2 short days. I don't know if I will be able to get everyone a pre printed name tag.
I'm sorry, but we are very busy with final logistical portions of the event.
BIG THANKS TO DICK for getting me the name Tags.
Again I'm sorry, but we will have a black marker and blank name tags available Friday and Saturday.

Signing up at the door is absolutely fine! Thanks to the number of pre-registrations, we'll be fine until the day of the event.
We'll have two tables set up, one for the pre-registered folks and one for people registering at the event.
This is gonna be an event to remember
See you all VERY soon!!

Printed name tags
I will try to get the last minute name tags printed if I can. I just got my registration tag about an hour ago, state inspection sometime soon. Still have to retrieve the Cobra from Cory's Cobra Tune. Oh yeah, still pack some tools, clothes, chair, camera, etc. Dang, out of clean underwear.
