FFR provides a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin stating the car is a 1965, which is used to get the FFR titled as a 1965 vehicle.
My FFR is titled as a 65 Ford, VIN # FFR1358K, and licensed as a classic automobile. I have a modified new 302 that is 3 years old. No emission testing required during inspections (because of the 65 title), just breaks, lights, horn, signals, and wipers. (I have no wipers, but I do have a portable clamp-on electric wiper when asked.)
