Well Kathy and I just got back from New Orleans. We had some free time so we called the Reed brothers and got a little tour of their Superformance place. It must be nice to have a job being a Cobra distributor. You get to build, modify, and test drive Snakes all day. Life is really rough for the Reed brothers. I guess someone has to do it. Doug, thanks for spending some time with us. Kathy and I really enjoyed your hospitality. We'll be seeing you at our next TCC Spring Meet. Also, thanks for the tail gate party you hosted for us. I drank most of the J&B Scotch.

Ed,
I bet you and Kathy had a GREAT time in Chalmette with Doug & Ronnie. They definitely know how to have a good time in the best job going. The really neat thing about them is "what you see is what you get", and they are absolutely straight shooters. With all Doug has done for this club from the start, I was extremely pleased they finally made the trip to Austin, and I would imagine we will be seeing them again next year- I hope!!
John Russell
ps. Ed, why don't you come on up to Dallas in May & join us for the Focus Day?
If Ray Russell is going, I'll consider it. I love riding shot gun with Ray.
I'm planning to make the AER show with Ray. My FFR will stay home since my back can't take a four hour trip in a Cobra. That's what happens when you get to become a senior citizen.
