AER Car Show
The annual AER car show is Saturday - May 4, 2002.
Last year we had 26 Cobras show up for this event that includes lots of prizes including a couple of engines given away. In fact I beleive a Cobra owner won the 302 last year.
Mark you calendars as Bill Wages is revamping the "Cobra Area" to include the covered parking and now the full corner where the food trailer was so everyone is together. Will we be parked four deep this year!

Can you post times and directions?
Thanks,

Here we go again with the whipped cream AGAIN!
Charmer will use any excuse (i.e., AER show, Focus Day, etc) to be with Tom. I'll take photos of the both of them at the AER show for those of you who can't make it to see the boys in action.

Watch it!
Tommy, Tom, Tom, Tom,
It's not nice to be mean to your elders.
The only horse and cart I know of is a maroon F350 pullin' a rhubarb colored ERA.
April will be here in a few days.
Who's Sleepin'.
I've been to Mars and back.
Being a graduate of the Meadows school it took me a while to figure out the plan.

Mc Donalds would not hire you.
A friend of mine used to own five McDonalds, and he said he would hire almost anyone that could fog a mirror. You can't do that! lolololo
We won't be able to go to the April gathering either.

Charmer,
What's the word on your engine? Did they determine what happened?

Hey guys,
I'll get the engine back late this week or early next week. The problem was an improperly radiused rod bearing that ended up spinning and disintegrating. Coast High is rebuilding the bottom end with all new parts, including a new crank. They are then rebalancing the crank assembly and putting things back together.
They are paying for everything including shipping. I'm out some time and effort but no money. I'm very happy with the way CHP has handled this

Wow Stretch, good news on the motor. Seems like CHP has stepped up to the plate and taken care of you. I'm impressed. How happy are you about buying the warranty?
Glad to hear to news.

I'm very happy to have the warranty. And the good news is that the warranty comes free with every engine that CHP builds. Also, they originally delivered the motor with a standard water pump instead of the polished unit that I ordered. They are replacing the water pump before they send it back for no charge. Very nice considering I have almost 2k miles on the old one
