Blake - I guess the best answer is whichever silver you like the best.
Superformance uses a 1995 Lamborgini color I believe is called Titanium Frost or Frost Titanium. James Baldwin's ERA is a color from House of Color (Orion Silver) (I think) and it is really stunning. I think that Cammer's ERA is a Lincoln silver. Okiesnake used the Mercedes Silver. I used the Audi TT - Lake Silver. I wanted a really bright silver that looked almost like aluminum. I even considered a couple of the Porsche colors and their Artic Silver came in second. I even saw a Chrysler silver that looked pretty good the other day. Some colors have a heavy metal flake and other have little or none. Again, depends on your preference.
I would recommend that you go to some new car dealers and just look at the colors and see what you think looks good. It is a shame you did not make it to the Austin event in Feb as there were probably a dozen silver Cobras to check out. Good luck in your color search and glad that you have the good taste to narrow it down to silver.

Thanks for the response...i'm off to some new car dealerships this week after work...Anyone in Austin/San Antonio/Boerne area with a silver cobra I can come take a look at?
Also, i picked the Black interior...i've also seen some grey...50/50 either way i'd be happy...Do you have some shots of your interior that I can see?
thanks

A very good friend of mine spent a great deal of time picking a silver color for his Cobra. When you're looking at dealerships this week, check out Porsche. They have a stunning(In my oppinion)silver called Meridan Metallic. Anyway, this is what my friend picked.
Check it out.
Good luck,
Keith

Blake good choice on the black interior....nice contrast
Will you be striping the car or leaving it solid?
I too will be a silver. Most likely titanium but may have a look around after reading about some of the exotics. Audi and Porsche.
Don't forget your accessories can be done in chrome/ powder coat or nice black.
Theme is yours to choose.
I prefer blackwall out on cars others are the opposite.
Cheers
Tim

I'll be striping...
Does anyone know what the "original" dash layout is? I was curious how close to original the B&B was?

Blake, there is a thread from a month ago about an Austrailian fellow and website that has all of the origional dash layouts and you can download them. About your color, silver. I am having mine painted Mercedes Brilliant Silver. I went to many new car dealers and looked at every silver car I saw on the street. The color silver has many shades to it, grey, black, blue, aluminum, etc. Once you start to "see" these colors you will be able to pick out your color, I wanted a pure silver, thus the Mercedes color. PS. I have the side pipes in black and the rollbar in chrome. To me the stripes don't look right, I've seen every stripe from black to orange and on silver they don't seem correct. John
