a 65 fia,65 mustang and 24 model t
hey guys
well i finally got around to posting some pictures. thanks to ryan logan for helping this old computer retard out. what ever happened to slide rules. anyway, for everyones info, my fia 289 was built in 31/2 months just over 6 years ago. like most car guys i've tinkered with it some since then. the 65 mustang was restored by me about 4 years ago, again in about 4 months. finally, i finished and delivered the 24 model t pickup to my dad in late july. while i had it almost 2 years the amount of time i spent was about 6-7 months to completely restore it. on the t i did all the work except for a little help with some body work and the seat. turned out pretty good! my dad has had a blast driving it around his farm and on an old country dirt road. incidently, the model t was bought new by my grandfather in 1924 and then driven by my dad until 1943 when it was stored in our barn. it didn't look like much when i picked it up 2 years ago, but boy it sure turned out nice. it was a joy to see how excited my dad was when i delivered it to him. go to club cobra gallery, then club photos, then texas cobra club and enjoy all three pics.
