Thumbs up A perfect afternoon!

Since my FFR has been sitting in the garage all week, and the forcast indicated rain for the balance of next week, I decided to get the FFR out yesterday (Sunday afternoon). I drove my usual route to Driftwood, weather was cool, sunny, just a perfect day to let her rip. Up and down cruising the Hill Country roads. I got it up to 95 mph in some places. I didn't want to push it in fear of spooking or hitting a deer. Drove over several stream crossings. Stopped and listened to the water and the birds. It's always good to just get out and smell the roses once in awhile. No one around but mother nature and your Cobra. It was a perfect late afternoon.

That sounds awesome! I was in the garage wrenching away. Making good progress & am trying hard to hit Christmas to have it running. I've finished all the bodywork, now I need to find someone to paint it.

Thumbs up FFR Painter

Ed#2; Give John Looney a call at 512-585-6855. John painted my FFR and I'm always getting great comments on my paint job. Let me know when your working on your FFR (Saturday mornings), I want to come over and check it out. Please send me instructions to your house. Cobra Dude navigated us the last time, and not being familar with Round Rock I'll need instructions. Email me your cell phone as well.
