Cobraless
Well I hate to say it, but I sold my Cobra today. Didn't have it "For Sale" but Relvert Coe from Palastine, Texas was in town and wanted to see it. After a quick blast he was sold and offered to buy it. He's been looking for 6 months and was sold on a Superformance and really liked my setup. I'm sure Relvert will be joing the club soon! Really had second thoughts, after I took him for a ride, but what the heck, I'll just do Cobra number 4 now.
Let's see I think I'll ........................

I had a feeling!!!
Gary,
When you told me the story about how the prospective new owner got to you, and that there was a possibility he would come look at your car Sunday afternoon, I just had a feeling that if he came he would take the car! The car was/is stunning, and since it fit the bill for what he was looking for this was "almost" a no-brainer!
Thanks for the call last night, & I guess we can start the countdown on the next one either Thursday or Friday........I wonder which one it will be this time????
Whatever route you take on the next car I know it will follow in the footsteps of your prior cars....GORGEOUS!!!!!!
John Russell
ps. Just make sure you have it in time for some cruisin' weather next year!!

Change is good!
I have to admit this was a little quicker then I would of liked it. Car wasn't for sale, but he wanted to buy it and I figured coming into winter and the holidays what the heck, I can do another one.
Timing is everything and he hit me just right. I actually enjoyed the hunt of buying and or building them so this actually worked out pretty well. With Ford stock so low I ought to invest the proceeds and see if I can earn some mad money for a few more goodies. One thing for sure is; I won't buy a Harley and then dream about another Cobra.... Been there done that!
Any near future Gumballs, I'm available for co-pilot and tuning duties!

You don't have to worry about a seat!!
Hey Gary,
You really don't have to worry about a seat since mine is "usually" available now that Drew has the new car! I think things are about to slow down a little (yeah-right!) since middle school football is now over and volleyball is in regional playoffs(7:30 tonight, & over if we lose).
We just need to get some weekend weather like this afternoon, which is absolutely GORGEOUS!!

Don't worry about a seat.
If you don't mind riding in a non-blue car, you've got a ride here anytime.
With the weather like it is, we should plan something for this weekend. Matt .... go ahead and plan something.

I'm open up to about 5:30-let's DO it!
Oh, Yeah,
I think we have a plan! I can be at least a part of this most of the afternoon, but I have to be home by about 5:30. The second round of Club Volleyball atarts Sunday at 6:00, and I have to take Lyndsie to it. This is only a minor bump in the road, so let's pick a spot/time & get it done.
