to address some of the concerns that I have gotten email about, if you will take a look at the following link you will see that the Hotel info was not firmed up until 12/31 last year. TCC Anniversary Event
We are still fine.

However, since our local club has expanded past our bounderies and we are now pulling in people from close to 1,000 miles away, we need to try and step things up a bit if this is going to be the success we all want it to be.

Hotel reservations in Austin
Supposedly, these guys will help you find a hotel and facilities for large numbers. Big parking lots, etc. Couldn't find anything on the website, but it might be worth calling them.
