Question Who is brining a trailer to the TCC event in Feb.??

Hey there ladies and gents,

Need some info from you. Would those of you that plan to attend the annual Austin event and plan on bringing a trailer reply to this post and tell me the length of the trailer as well?

I know this won't be a totally accurate count but it will at least give me an idea.

I plan on coming down for the event the end of February and I will bring my 20' enclosed trailer. May hook up with Jay and some others in Dallas on Friday.

Jim Woodard and I will be coming down in the "Rig."

My truck and trailer are about 75' , will need another 15' to unload behind the trailer.

Thanks for asking and doing all the planning on this event, we had a great time last year. db

Dennis - put me down for 25 foot open trailer (borrowed from a friend at work) behind the Tahoe. Maybe an enclosed trailer someday, but not this year.

Guys thanks for the info! Keep it coming.

I am just trying to help the Austin guys out with a little info. They are doing all the planning. I'm just getting in the way.

Default I just put in a call to Doug Reed

Dennis,
I just put in a call to Doug & Ronnie Reed( both are currently out)to try & get the approximate length of Doug's Motor home & trailer. A good guess is approximately equal to Don Barnes rig (90ft).
We should be hearing from the Tennessee contingent, but I would plan on 6-8 trailers total...average 26ft + tow vehicle. I also remember the rig Nadja brought last year from Houston was a pretty long package, and we had about 8-10 total trailers from Houston........
I think we will at least get a rough idea, and we need to expect 25% to 1/3 that will forget to post or "just show up", an in surprise!!
John Russell
ps. no trailer, just a car!

Hey TCC,

Since this will be my first trip south to one of your events I would like to know if this is just a cruse and social event or will there be a swap meet too? It doesn't matter because I will be there anyway but if it includes a swap meet I may throw in some extra parts to bring.

Dennis -
32 ft. (+ 8 ft. overhang) = 40 ft. overall. With truck = 57 ft.
