Post 2003 Spring Meet Misc Stuff

Austin Members; Lets talk about misc. stuff:

Greg: You still have raffle tickets left over from 2002?

Anyone: What about door & raffle prizes?

Blake: Can you tell us about T-Shirts and your plans?

Anyone: Making registration packets & name tags?

Anything else I'm forgetting?????

Ed,

You have the itinerary for the cruise - are we going to include maps in the packets?? If so we need to decide who is going to make them and when we are planning to meet to stuff the packets......

Default Packet stuffing!

Ed,

I have the raffle tickets.

I can stuff the packets with the maps and the raffle tickets like I did last year.

This will include putting the name badges in the packet.

I can stuff what ever needs to be put in the packets.

I was planning on printing the cruise instructions and placing it in the packet. The instructions are straight forward, a map should not be needed.

I've tried to find a "detailed" map of the Texas Hill Country covering our cruise route, so far no luck. I'll keep trying, can anyone help with a map?

This is the only one I found:

Default Give the maps and

I will put in the packets. Or we can have a stuffing party at my house. Have a few pizzas and cold ones.

The pizza of course would be stuff crust

Question Name Badges

Gregg - I have spent a couple of hours on the badges and moving names around from last year. How soon do you need the badges to mate up with the packages?

Greg; I got the master copy of the 2003 Spring Meet Cruise Check List and Map ready. All I need is the number of packets and I'll start printing copies.
