In that price range I don't think you are going to be able to get a turnkey. Now that being said....I will let you in on a little secret....You can finance these cars

Don't think of what you can spend cash...you might be able to finance a little more and get the SPF turnkey if thats what you like they are great cars.

Charlie,

You can get 6 or 7 different brands of turnkey cars in the $25k to $35k range. The engine,Transmission, rearend, gauges, wheels and extras are choices that can keep you in your price range. You need to figure out how you want to spec it out. Ask each builder for the same equipment, that way you will be comparing apples to apples. The car builders will try to sell whatever products makes them the most money. You need to be specific. get the same quote from each.
