Yes watch Southlake.
I would also like to remind you guys that the Police in Souhlake dress like construction workers with hard hats and readar guns. They are very serious about ruining your day. The Southlake Police have aquired a City truck and also shoot radar from it. They also set up unmanned radar trailers and mail you the tickets. Not to worry about not having a front plate, because they take two pictures front and back. In your mailed ticket you will recieve two nice pictures.
They are serious guys. I got a ticket in Southlake about four months ago. Not in a construction zone. For 12 miles an hour over. The fine was $390.00. The fines increase $100.00 per mile over ten miles an hour over the posted limit. Also the construction zones will double the fines. My fine could have cost $780.00. As it was I took a defensive driving class. I still had to pay 50% of the fine and the driving class fees and spend eight hours in a class.
Please be carefull.

Yes, ......
although we should be on 114. We just need to not exceed the posted speed limit and we'll be OK!

No. We could go down the very scenic 1171 through the middle of Lewisville. This takes you directly to the track.

Hey Stevie, now you know.....
Stevie,
now you know why I have a radar detector in my car. You could have had one of the best ones around and not had to go to class!!
Now, I really don't care which way we go, just so long as we go!!

Where is SouthLake?
i'm coming over Apr 25th to the world's largest swap meet at TMS and i don't want to be trapped.
I will come in on 20 then 30 thru Big D and north on 35 like i'm going to Denton but turn west south of the airport. i forget the name of that road but there is a Benigans and a Red Roof Inn on it. Is that SouthLake?
thanks
tom

Sorry. I now have a conflict. priorities, priorities...
Sorry. I've now been called out of town and I will not be able to attend the luncheon at TMS.
Hate it when that happens... maybe next time.
-Alan
ps. Ya'll be careful in Southlake!
