Scott; I can't believe you trust old Jay to race your Excaliber. Jay blew up two engines in his last Gumball Race..
I sat in your Cobra last weekend in Waco. Jay was bring it up from Austin, and stopped in to cruise with the Waco bunch. Since you don't have your Cobra, you need to drive one of your other toys and join us for lunch.

Default Maybe!

We usually have lunch with our Sunday School buddies and don't finish up until 2:30pm. So if everyone is meeting early Sunday, go for it. I will try to finish up early so I can meet everyone for the April meet. If not, I'll see everyone in May.

Cobra Dude; Pick a place and time.

I was pretty much giving up on this month's meet, expecting that the extra-curricular activites tired everyone out. But there's a ray of hope...

Sundays have traditionally been bad for most of the Cobra folks (yes, I'm generalizing), but I agree that a small meet is better than no meet.

Ed, what time do you start on Sunday? Perhaps we could try a breakfast meet before it gets too hot in the day?

If not, I'm thinking barbeque. Perhaps an old standby like County line or Rudy's?

Cheers,
-Neil.

Default Sunday is always busy for us.

We start Sunday School at 9:15 am and Church Services at 11:15 am. Services end around 12:30 pm. We do lunch and finish up around 2:30 pm.

Bottom line, plan the Cobra meet and if I can make it - great. If not, I'll see everyone next month.

Alrighty folks,

Here's the deal... County Line, 2222 just east of 360. 1:30pm, Sun 27th. I will be there. Ed #1 will be there. Joe G. sounds like he will be there. Gregg sounds like he will be there. Since Ed #2 is undecided, I'll decide for him -- he will be there. With enough phone calls to Tony, he will be there.

Who else is in? I'll make some calls tomorrow.

Cheers,
-Neil.

This is really strange...

I just called Joe Z and he said he will be there. But now that I think about it, it sounded nothing like him..... Joe Z, was that you?

Oh well, we might have a stranger join us on Sunday.

Gotta see who else's phone numbers I have.

Cheers,
-Neil.

What about trailer parking? We need lots of trailer parking. I'll be inspecting hood rivets too.

Default Plenty of parking!

County Line has plenty of parking. Should be able to park any trailers on the big grass lot next to the fire station next door.

Hope to see every one there.

Yep -- the thought was Rudy's or County Line, and County Line only won because of the oodles and oodles of parking space.

So News 8 Austin says the weather will be clear/dry on Sunday. Woo-hoo!
