Come on guys this was one of the funniest things that has been done to anyone, let alone Tom. If someone gets this one, I will have James do it again for more laughs.

Remember the question.

When Tom met James Baldwin, Was it really four years ago (?), Tom continually teased James about the color of his Monster Silver Cobra, or lack of color as it went. What did James do at that time, PUBLICALLY and here on TCC, to get back at the Royal Ruhbarb.

HINT: It was the funniest thing I have seen posted to date, related to these cars.

Good Question Tom!

Thumbs up James......

used some of his magical computer software and morphed Tom's car into something it isn't and then posted a picture of it here on CC.

Thumbs down OK, let's see........

if I got this correct. Tom (ERA600hp) posts a question, someone, namely mwa, answers it, Tom says way to go good answer!

4RE KLR Steve doesn't like the answer so says: "Looks like no one will get this Tom. If no one gets it by Monday I will post the complete correct answer."

What's wrong with this picture?

Jim

Thumbs up

MR WOODARD

EXCUSE ME I WAS NOT TRYING TO TEE TEE IN YO WEATIES!!

Tom and I got together on this and the question was my idea. Big stinking deal I know. You did in fact partially get the answer correct. But is was not the part we were looking for. James didn't really morph Tom's car into something else, well not really, kinda but not really.

The only way to explain this is to spit it out right!

The answer WE ( Tom and I ) were looking for was when James made Tom's car race across the screen into a big truck and explode into pieces. So see you were right that it morphed into a pile of parts, but what we were looking for was the whole story.

I have sent James an e mail to see if he still has this somewhere so he could put it up again. It is very funny.

So Mr Woodard calm down and go have another cup of Insure, or ah coffee.

I should know this I helped push the car.

This is a guess.... Did Dick leave the lights on. I do remember it was something small and not a real long term problem.

I believe that dicks battery was not charging and we had to push it to get it running off the alternator.

Cool Here's one to ponder on .....

while we wait for Jay's confirmation on the answer.

TCC Austin Year 2. A bunch of us stopped at a gas station on the way to the Origin garage. When trying to leave the gas station John Russell couldn't get his car to turn over and start.

What was the problem and who came up with the solution? John, you're excluded on this one.

Jim

Smile my answer

DICK'S CAR WOULD NOT CHARGE BECAUSE OF A MISSING GROUND STRAP FROM THE ENGINE TO THE FRAME

A GENTLE PUSH AND IT STARTED RIGHT UP.

I HAVE THE NEXT QUESTION AFTER SOMEONE ANSWERS JIMS QUESTION ABOUT JOHN'S STARTING PROBLEM.

JAY

Jim
Is this the same year that Drew took John's car down in his trailer? Seems I remember the Ignition box being a problem then as well. I can't remember what the exact problem but If my memory serves me Gary Sharp was the idea behind repaires.

Good question.

Thumbs down Sorry..........

Steve. Not the correct answer.

Ok, here are some hints. Just so everyone is oriented, this was the year Brent Mills attended our event. The same year Cammer met a wheel in the road on our poker run and cruise to Wimberly.

A large group of us left the hotel in the morning enroute to the Origin garage and we stopped at a Shell gas station for fuel. I should have asked what kind of station we stopped at as well.

I don't remember who John Russell's co pilot was but I should have excluded him from answering as well. It may g
have been Bobbie Worley.

When we were all fueled and ready to go, John turned his ignition key and nothing happened. It wasn't his MSD Ignition.

If I remember right I think it was the key switch that failed.
