Looking for a Attorney in the Club
My Wife was sitting at a stop light down town Lockhart and got rear ended by a driver that was supposedly on medication then took off a witness chased him and police followed in the chase was for at least 7 to 10 miles when he pulled over and fell out of his truck he was ticketed and talked to the hospital before I could get to him .My wife was also talked to the hospital and is alright but still in pain .So there it is .Looking for a Attorney to take care of this matter in the best way ! I have prelegal Attorney as well but may be easier to use a club member to take care of this .

Tony,
Sorry to hear about the accident. Glad everyone is OK.
I'm not an attorney, but as you may know, I am a Special Investigator for an auto insurance company. I'm not sure what you need an attorney for, but If I can help you in any way, let me know. I know claims inside and out.

Glad no one was seriously hurt.
I have had this happen to me several years ago. Talk to your insurance company first. Listen to them carefully. Find out if the clown had insurance. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!
I ended up with an attorney and got it settled, I do not think I could have done it with out one. Even if you win, you will loose.
Anyway keep us posted.

I said it because in soft tissue situations, or in any kind of back/neck situations--the pain may reintroduce itself when she goes back to normal daily activities. MM may tell us she's doing better while she's in the hospital or during home rest, comparatively speaking, only to find out that his wife may still have some problems a little bit down the road. There is absolutely no reason to have conflicting statements to have to explain about later.
If you want to turn this into a attorney-flame thread when a friend's wife is hurting, and thereby establish yourself as a complete ass...hey, be my guest.

Update
My Son Wyatt, luckily was not in the car. Nickey is being ck over by different Doctors and specialist at the present time but up on her own as of 4-10-03 .We will keep here out from hear on .Just in case this does go on .
My reason to look for a Good Attorney is to keep everything running correctly and in order .I have talked to my prepaid Attorney and he has stated anything that I need he would be willing to help we don't have to pay for anything until I actually get more involved ,I would like to get this guy off the street and keep him from maybe killing the next person he runs in to when he goes into his diabetic attack which to here is very serious and he should not even be driving .I have talked to the local police department bought his medical situation and have been told point blank not to worry bought his situation that's there job not mine ! B S ! Think bought this? You are sitting at a red light and a 4x4 full size truck SLAMS into your Cobra ??????? And the guy take off and then gets caught his reply I haven't taken my medicine and mix up the ones I did take . That why I am P O accident do happen but this is not one its just as bad as being Drunk or on DRUGS !
There was a lady that got killed by one of these persons in round Rock Texas when he plowed into the grocery store a very simular situation.Life is something you cant BUY .That's why am Mad .But I really would like to thank everyone in the club for your concern and hope I didn't offended anyone .I am working wth someone in DPS at the present time .
Tony

Well looking for A Harley Davis Truck but don't like the seating .A Cobra Mustang SC 4.6 DOHC or maybe another LS.
