Jim,
Do you know anything about tubing benders? I am starting to shop for one to bend chasis tubing. Do you have any leads?
Steven

Steve,

I really don't know anything about tube bending but the reason I asked Max the question about location was because my a father-in-law owns an electircal contracting business in Albuquerque and he probably knows someone who can bend the pipe.

Sorry for the confusion.

Default TUBE BENDING?????

I LIVE IN ALBUQUERQUE BUT I DO NOT THINK A MANDREL BENDER EXISTS IN THIS TOWN, ONLY CRUSH BENDERS. I HAVE CHECKED ON THE NET AND SEVERAL PLACES (OUT OF STATE) WILL ONLY BEND 16 OR 18 GAUGE STEEL. I WANT A SINGLE HOOP TRIPLE MOUNT 3" ROLLBAR ON MY CAR. THAT IS THE REASON FOR THE REQUEST. I FOUND SOMEONE THAT CAN DO A 14' DIAMETER BEND W/A 7.5" RADIUS BUT I WANT IT A LITTLE TIGHTER. I HAVE A WEST COAST COBRA AND I AM CHANGING THE FULL LENGTH ROLLBAR TO A SINGE. THE REASON I WANT IT 3" IS SO IT WILL BE IN PERFPRTION WITH THE CAR. 2" OR 2.5" TUBING WILL LOOK OUT OF PERPORTION ON THIS CAR.
THANKS GARY A.K.A. MAXVELO= (MAXIMUM VELOCITY)
