Port Aransas Cobra or visitor ?

Last evening (7/26) on my way to pick up some live shrimp for my morning trout fishing,I passed (going opposite direction)a beautiful black Cobra. Two guys in it,heading towards the ferry.It was at about 7 pm.

Is this the first Cobra for Port Aransas or a Vistor ?

Not having been around my Cobra for 3 weeks,then seeing this one,hasn't helped my Cobra withdrawals at all.

Back to the beach.
