Hey
Not bad for an 80 year old retired guy with a heart problem.
Hope I can be doing what he is doing when I am eighty
I will be over in the States in October for the Run N Gun and then heading back to Las Vegas for a tour of Shelby American. This will be a real high light.
Life begins at eighty. He goes harder than his cars.
Wonder if this is because a 'Ford' is now in control of Ford that he is back in.
Seems they are prepared top take more of that outside advice and appreciate the contribution people like Shelby has made and will make.
Over here we have Peter Brock who is a well known Commodore/Holden GM race driver and more and more Holden bosses are using him.
They recently brought him out of retirement to promote their cars and to drive in race events again.
It seems that sales were good when he was about and driving/winning in their product
Cheers
