To those of you who've hijacked the thread into a discussion on whether it's a dangerous job or not:

Todd is a fellow DFW area Texas Cobra Club member and if you read all the threads rather than just the ones you can argue on and make inappropriate comments, you'd know that Todd is coordinating the Carrollton Police Car Showin 2 weeks and that several of us are planning to attend. So therefore this becomes more about a friend of a friend and less about his job. Have a little compassion and keep your negative comments to yourselves. He asked for positive thoughts not for you to cast aspersions on this man's chosen career.

Todd, I hope he recovers quickly and will be able to attend the car show so that we can all meet him and wish him well.

To me it is unbelievable how someone could be so damned stupid to make such comments. The man put his life in jepordy to protect our children from the criminal public we all know is there.

Who gives a rip if there are more dangerous jobs on this planet. I for one am glad the police are there. If not for the police and the military we would be in the same arena as Iraq. Ponder the thought. Scary isn't it!
