TCC February Meet - HOTEL SITE!
All TCC Members - February Meet!
The hotel rooms are blocked off - 50 rooms ( Single or Double ).
More rooms are available if we need them.
Price is the same as last year - $ 89.00 for either room.
The rooms are available at the Austin Marriott North - Round Rock, TX.
Call 512-733-6767 and ask for the Texas Cobra Club rooms.
Jim, at the Marriott, has asked that you do not call before Saturday - 10/11/03 - they need time to load the information and the room block data into their system.
Sooooo there you go Snake Fans - get after it - let's have a bigger turnout than last year!!!!
Email me if you have any questions or if there is anything else that I can help you with ------- See ya'll in February!!!

Thanks Dee!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dee,
Thanks for the early confirmation on the hotel!! This makes much more sense than scrambling in January, and I have a feeling they are going to have to block off more rooms
Saturday it is!

Clois,
Bring some of the other Oklahoma snakes down. I saw at least 4 when I was up there in April at the 89'ers car show. There was also a great GT 40.

Spring Meet Dates
Tom stated in a previous post that it's always the last weekend in February. So it looks like Feb 27, 28, and 29th.

Loadin' up #770 this weekend...!
Richard and I will be comin' from parts East....as the Eastern most members of TCC! Lookin' to bring a couple more with us this year from our local contingent.
In fact, I'm loadin' up #770 in the trailer this weekend to be sure I'm ready....
Too early, maybe....?

Yepper..I remember....and a nice lookin' 427 - 435 Tri-power set up, too...! I had a buddy in the Air Force with me who had a 396 FI set up in his '66 'Vette....425 horses, if I recall correctly. White on white....side pipes with the vented shields on them. Hal Thomas was his name...loved his car. Let me borrow it once for a date with one of the WAF's on the base with us. Wonder what ever happened to her...she was a real cutie...!

We'll keep the light on for you!!
Freddie,
I booked about two weeks ago, so we will be on the lookout for you! Now, my friend Richard Price swears that you are the "official" transporter of the "shine", especially since you have a new Navigator! Did you change colors on this one to throw the boys off, or is it the same as the last one? Inquiring minds want to know!!!
Your Texas friend,
John Russell

John, you should see Freddy sliding across the hood of the Navigator or whatever that big thing is, when he's on the run. Looks like Bo Duke, I'm waitin on Daisy myself.
