Default O/T Please help! Looking for 1/10 scale Dragstrip area!

Many of you know that I'm racing a radio controlled Funny Car and having a blast. Some of you have come out to Richland College and watched. Some cars are running under 2 seconds at 70 MPH in th 132' scal quarter mile. This next weekend the 17th, 18th and 19th was supposed to be the Nationals for our hobby. The person who helped us obtain permission from Richland College to run there has left and the new powers to be are not being very friendly. We have been cut down from three days to only one which is next Sunday.
If any of you know or have any control over a parking lot or street that could be used I would appreciate if you could e-mail me with that info. All that is needed is approximately 400' of realatively flat smooth surface. The organization has complete liability coverage and the people participating are great. This is a wildcard shot I know but I've seen this family do some amazing things. Any help appreciated.

Gary

Thanks Jay...when they were racing there, there was ONE lady who was offended and rasied so much hell that Sam's clubs are not permitted to offer their space even with the managers permission.

There is a huge flat paved area at 635 and MacArthur. Next to the Walmart (north side of building) , there is a parking area that was built for another WalMart-sized buiilding but the building never was started. You have over 100 yrds of good pavement with plenty of paved parking and no traffic to interupt you.

Hope that helps.
