Angry Hong Kong is no place for a Cobra

Well, I have spent the past few weeks working in Hong Kong and I have to tell you... There is no place to drive a Cobra there. A few observations about the China and Hong Kong driving atmosphere (in case you were wondering )

1. They drive on the wrong side of the road until you cross the border into China... then they move to the correct side (darn Brits are to blame for that one :P ).
2. There are more taxis on the road than all other cars combine.
3. If your car is bigger than 4 feet wide, you can't cross a bridge.
4. Everyone drives like a New York taxi cab driver
5. Even the Ferraris I saw had dents from traffic altercations but we only had one wreck while we were there.
6. There are so many people walking around that it makes of game of Death Race 2000 almost too easy

It is good to be back home

now, if only I can get my internal clock fixed (13 hours difference)

Wouldn't it have been cool though to get a picture of a Cobra racing atop the Great Wall!

James,
The next time there, if you want a little more excitement in you life rent one of those little motor scooters.

You will certainly never forget it.

They do need to make the Great Wall a super speedway...

Fred,
Those scooter drivers think they are driving diesel truck. They challenge you to hit them. Twice, I saw them cutting through stopped traffic and leaving scratches on cars that they side-swiped while driving down the white lines

Was just at the Great Wall yesterday.....I guess really two days after travel, and just got back about 45min ago. Would take some big torque to get up some of them steep, steep steps.
