Gary,

What pressure are you running? I think mine are at about 24lbs, which seems to work fine for street use. I'm not running them for autocrosses.

Mark, I can't wait to hear about your experience with them in the corners.

By the way, if you had water marks on your car that appeared to be in the shape of drool this year at the spring fling, I appologize. I didn't notice your car until the last day at the airport parked near the front by the band. I loved the the overall presentation and that is the nicest blue I think I have ever seen.

Please do share the tire experience with us. Inquiring minds want to know.

Rick

Ted,

I started out with about 23-24 lbs and dropped to 20 lbs last weekend. They seemed to grab good at both pressures. For the street running around I think 24 would be perfect. If I was really going to race the car I'd drop them down to about 18 or so. BF Goodrich says when racing do not go below 12 lbs.

I think they are really outstanding tires but again, I'm using them for an occasion quick blast and just cruising around. I would never go hot lapping on a road course with them where they would have a chance to really get hot ongoing..........\

On you coming to the Texas annual run in Austin in late Feb?

Gary,
I have spent some time looking at different sources to get Drag Radials.Jeg's,Summit,Tire Rack.

On the size you have, they give conflicting thread widths.

What is your thread width ???

They sure look great on your Cobra.
Just the right size !

Gary,

I am hoping to get to come to Austin. We take care of elderly relatives, so there is some logistics to making sure they get their medicines, etc.

It will be a long tow for me, coming from Oklahoma City, but I am going to go if at all possible.

Hope to meet you soon.

Ted
