I'm not stopping at midnight so don't worry, you'll have company! I think it's safe to say the same for the rest of my gang!

Nope!
As soon as everyone gets setted down at the hotel, all bets are off on the agenda. Tom will be in charge of everything as usual. My suggestion is to check with the "Royal Rhubarb" every half an hour to see what's happening.

Hey Ed,
Can you add 2 more items to the Agenda:
1) Election of new officers
2) door prize drawings
Last year this was done at the hotel parking lot Saturday night but it seemed a lot of people did not come back to the hotel after lunch. Not sure everyone knew when this was going to take place.
I think Saturday from 7-9 still works.
Thanks,
John

Question
Ed,
What time are you heading up to the hotel? Anyone interested in meeting for breakfast that morning?

3:00PM
Kathy and I are going to the airport to pick up Brent and Sherrie Mills. They are arriving around 1:45 pm. I figure we'll all be at the hotel around 3:00 pm.

Agenda Updated
The agenda has been updated.
Tom has requested that we do all the TCC business "stuff" during lunch on Saturday afternoon:
a) Tom, Stretch, & Jay's group hug
b) Election of new officers
c) Awards
d) Door prizes & raffle drawings
In addition, El Arroyo's owner told me that the restaurant and parking lot is completely ours to use, as long as we need it.
I have made a TCC video that will be displayed on the restaurant TV monitors. Anyone having any TCC VHS tapes are welcome to bring your tapes for all of us to see.
Stretch will bring his PA system so we all can hear Tom talk.

What time does Blake do his "trick" with the hot sauce? Last year he brushed his teeth with it, this year I understand it will be used as a substitute for Preparation "H".
Talk about being in the hot seat

OLD TCC TAPES
Ed,
I have an old TCC tape from 2 years ago. It will be with the registration box. I'll be at the hotel some time around 10:30 or earlier if anybody is up for breakfast at the hotel!

I might do the hotsauce trick again....one never knows....Maybe snakeyes should take my place as the king of hot sauce?
no "awards", elections or door prizes saturday night in the hotel parking lot? what to do?! I guess we will drink beer
I thought it worked out great in hotel parking lot since it gave everyone a chance to get back to the hotel, relax, grab a beer & socialize...plus it might be hard to do in the middle of a resturant?
whichever is fine and will good fun....maybe we should ask the TCC president when he wants to do it?
IT'S GOING TO BE A GREAT WEEKEND!
Blake

Don't Shoot the Messenger!
Take your complaints to Tom. Tom is the TCC complaint department.
Tom's reasoning was that the majority of the TCC membership would be at restauant to do the raffle and awards. According to Tom, many members took off after the cruise last year and missed out on the evening "stuff".
