2nd Annual Cobras & Crawfish May 15th
Well it's that time of year again...The sun is out, the air is getting warmer, and bugs are in the mud.
May 15th, 2004 is the date for the Second Annual Cobra's & Crawfish event for the TCC. It will be at the same location as last year..and i will post better directions so Tony won't get lost again and end up in a pasture chasing sheep.
Mark your calendars...it will be great day of beautiful cars, great friends, and LOTS of crawfish to eat!
We will once again have a live band playing, it's an oldies band that will play hits from the 60's & 70's....
More information coming soon! Please RSVP here, as we will be having an event T-Shirt again and need a rough headcount!
I will post hotel information as well in the near future...
SEE YOU ALL THERE!
Blake

Tony, I'm surprised you didn't ask the sheep where Blake's house was--they all know him out there.
It's on the calendar. I need to make sure it's not one of the wife's school days (she goes every other Saturday, all day). If it is I'll try and make babysitting arrangements (for my girls, not me). Then, the only question is, how many cars do you want me to bring? One, two, or three? You won't kick a Lister out just 'cuz it's got a Bowtie on, will you?

Just north of Boerne TX, off I-10...or 35 minutes Northwest of San Antonio...or an hour and a forty five southwest from Austin. All depending on how fast you drive of course.

Blake,
I didn't have a car last year but heard that it was a great time. Had planned on coming this year if you did it again. But can't be in two places at one time. We are having our Unique homecoming in Gasden Al. that same weekend and am already committed.
I would like to know your location as I go through Boerne on I-10 pretty regularly on my way to my deer lease out of Rocksprings. As a matter of fact, I'm coming through there this weekend.
Wish you the best of luck with the party

Blake,
Nell and I will really try and make it. We need a break from the usual monotony anyway.
Maybe I can call in sick????????

I apoligize, but we will have another "Hill Country Event" soon, i promise!
all best,

hey bob
check and see if anything is going on. i was going to try to leave here imediatley after work on friday and try to get to sa in time to make the car hang-outs friday evening. judy was going to pal around with her sister for the weekend while i attended the event. now instead, maybe do a cruise around the hill country on saturday and find somewhere to go on saturday night. seems like i saw somewhere that they have a get togethor in new braunfels on somewhere. i'll check with judy and see if she still wants to make the trip. let me know what you find out and i'll confirm our pans this weekend.
paul
ps have you thought of driving over to the texas mile in goliad on the 22nd? some of us from corpus are going to caravan up saturday morning just to watch. was pretty interesting at the one last november.
