Dallas April Meeting- name the cobra contest
hey, folks, don't forget this Saturday, 4/3 @ 10:30 at the Quizno's Subs in Mesquite. Gary has the particulars on the thread "April Meet, special day".
The prize for naming my new ride has arrived. I have only received a few suggestions; keep 'em coming!
To refresh your memory, here are the details of the contest: Name my new cobra. Gender is not an issue. It is Guardsman blue with white stripe. Prize(s) will be given away. Change of rule - you need not be present to win, but would be more fun! Suggestions close at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. All decisions are final. maybe.
Start your engines!!!
Kristen

Ok are you ready for this???? It came to me as if by fate. Fate being driving down my alley.
The Texas Bluebonnet.
Good, right?? Huh, isn't it???
Actually I have a handful of bluebonnets by my fence this year. Great surprise as I planted the seeds about 7 years ago and the only thing in that mix that comes back is Mexican Hats.

Kristen,
I'm having trouble figuring out which is the good one & which is the bad one.
Of course you could shorten Blue Belle to just Belle. Or even make it The Texas Belle.

Well Fred she could shorten The Texas Bluebonnet to Bonnie.
Very interesting that both Belle and Bonnie are characters on my soap. Are you watching Days of our Lives also??

OK, how about...............
Blue Bliss or Blissfully Blue?
Bliss - "extreme happiness, ecstacy", "The ecstacy of salvation; spiritual joy", "To go into a state of ecstacy".
